摘 要:肺动脉高压是一种进行性肺血管重构疾病,涉及血管壁的所有层,目前仍然无法治愈。肺动脉平滑肌细胞、内皮细胞异常增殖和凋亡抵抗是血管重构的重要特征,越来越多的研究表明,多种信号通路参与了肺动脉高压的血管重构过程,如Ras/MAPK、JAK/STAT、BMP/Smad等,确切的调控机制尚不完全清楚。本文对促进肺血管重构的几个关键信号通路进行综述,为肺动脉高压病理机制的理解及防治提供参考。Pulmonary hypertension is a progressive pulmonary vascular remodeling disease,involving all arterial layers of blood vessel wall.It is unable to being cured at present.Abnormal proliferation and apoptosis resistance of smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells in pulmonary artery are prominent biological characteristic.There is increasing evidence that multiple signaling pathways had involved in the process of pulmonary hypertension vascular remodeling including Ras/MAPK,JAK/STAT,BMP/Smad,ect.However,potential regulatory mechanism remains unclear.This review summarizes the key signal pathways promoting pulmonary vascular remodeling,aiming to strengthen understanding of its pathological mechanism and provide reference for pulmonary hypertension prevention.
