公路结构、银行业结构与工业结构——来自西部地区工业结构变迁的经验

摘　　要：理论上,公路结构可以通过改变银行业结构来促进工业结构的升级,并进一步促进经济增长。实证上,通过直接效应模型和中介效应机制验证了这种路径。本文研究发现:(1)公路结构的升级会促进被抑制的轻工业潜在比较优势释放,使轻工业的发展快于重工业,从而促进工业结构的调整;(2)公路结构因为把潜在比较优势释放出来,进而促进中小银行发展而改善银行业结构来促进工业结构的升级。In theory,the highway structure can promote the upgrading of the industrial structure by changing the structure of the banking industry and further promote economic growth. Empirically,this approach is verified through the direct effect model and the verification method of the mediation effect mechanism. The study finds that:(1)the upgrading of the highway structure will promote the release of suppressed light industry.s potential comparative advantages,make the development of light industry faster than heavy industry,and promote the adjustment of industrial structure.(2)Because the highway structure releases potential comparative advantages,it promotes the development of small and medium-sized banks and improves the banking structure to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure.
