摘 要:叙述了一款基于自适应驾驶灯光(Adaptive Driving Beam,ADB)及自适应水平系统(Adaptive Leveling System,ALS)技术的汽车智能大灯控制器。其硬件主要包括:输入输出接口电路、Boost升压及Buck驱动电路、CAN收发电路、LIN(Local Interconnect Network)收发电路、高边控制电路、步进电机驱动控制电路、矩阵LED控制电路、LED灯板电路。其中,远光灯具有照射区域自适应调节的ADB功能,近光灯具有照射高度自适应调节的ALS功能,另外,控制器具有车身CAN报文路由LIN转发及控制功能、统一诊断服务(Unified Diagnostic Services,UDS)诊断及网络管理功能、软件CAN接口及空中下载技术(Over The Air Technology,OTA)功能等。该款控制器能够及时、准确地响应车身给出的CAN报文及硬线控制信号,能够将灯具自身状态信息反馈给车身,已量产于某款车型中。This paper describes an automobile intelligent headlamp controller based on Adaptive Driving Beam(ADB)and Adaptive Leveling System(ALS)technology.The hardware mainly includes input and output interface circuit,Boost and Buck drive circuit,CAN transceiver circuit,Local Interconnect Network(LIN)transceiver circuit,high side control circuit,motor drive control circuit,matrix LED control circuit and LED light board circuit.Among them,the high beam lamp has the ADB function of adaptive adjustment of irradiation area,and the low beam lamp has the ALS function of adaptive adjustment of irradiation height.In addition,the controller has the LIN forwarding and control function of body CAN message routing,Unified Diagnostic Services(UDS)diagnosis and network management function,software CAN interface and Over The Air Technology(OTA)function,etc.The controller can timely and accurately respond to the CAN message and hard wire control signal given by the vehicle body,and can feed back the status information of the lamps to the vehicle body.It has been mass produced in a vehicle model.
