复方猴头胶囊联合奥美拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨复方猴头胶囊联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年3月-2021年2月在郑州大学第一附属医院就诊的98例十二指肠溃疡患者,采用信封抽签法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各49例。对照组患者口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊,20mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服复方猴头胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗4周。观察两组疗效,比较两组症状消失时间和血清胃肠激素、炎性因子水平。结果 治疗后,与对照组的总有效率71.43%相比,治疗组的总有效率93.88%更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组烧心、溃疡痛、反酸消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清GAS、MTL水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组血清IL-6、CRP、IL-1、IL-8、IL-17水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 复方猴头胶囊联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗十二指肠溃疡疗效较好,可促进症状改善,调节血清胃肠激素水平,降低炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Compound Houtou Capsules combined with Omeprazole Enteric Capsules in treatment of duodenal ulcer. Methods Patients(98 cases) with duodenal ulcer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2019 to February 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the envelope lottery method, and each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Omeprazole Enteric Capsules,20 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Houtou Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the symptom disappearance time, and the levels of gastrointestinal hormone and inflammatory factor in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficacy of the treatment group(93.88%) was higher than 71.43% of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance times of heartburn, ulcer pain, and acid reflux in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of GAS and MTL in two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05), and these in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, CRP, IL-1, IL-8, and IL-17 in two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and these in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Houtou Capsules combined with Omeprazole Enteric Capsules has significant curative effect in treatment of duodenal ulcer, promote the improvement of symptoms, regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
