银花泌炎灵片联合氨曲南治疗急性尿路感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨银花泌炎灵片联合氨曲南治疗急性尿路感染的临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2021年1月天津市北辰医院收治的106例急性尿路感染患者,使用随机数字表法分成对照组和治疗组,每组各53例。对照组静脉滴注注射用氨曲南,1.5 g加入100 mL生理盐水,2次/d。在对照组基础上,治疗组口服银花泌炎灵片,4片/次,4次/d。两组均连续治疗10 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者尿频、尿痛、尿急、小腹不适和腰酸痛评分,及尿检白细胞复常时间和血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.2%,较对照组的81.1%显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组尿频、尿痛、尿急、小腹不适和腰酸痛评分均显著低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清CRP水平显著低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组尿检白细胞复常时间显著缩短(P<0.05),血清CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 银花泌炎灵片联合氨曲南治疗急性尿路感染的疗效确切,可安全有效地缓解患者尿频、尿急等症状,并能进一步缩短尿检白细胞复常时间、减轻机体炎症反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinhua Miyanling Tablets combined with aztreonam in treatment of acute urinary tract infection. Methods Patients(207 cases) with acute urinary tract infection in Tianjin Beichen Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Aztreonam for injection, 1.5 g added into normal saline 100 mL, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yinhua Miyanling Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, four times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the urinary frequency, urinary pain, urgency, abdominal discomfort and lumbar pain scores, and white blood cell recovery time and serum CRP levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 96.2%, which was significantly higher than 81.1% in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of frequent micturition, urinary pain, urgency, abdominal discomfort and lumbar pain in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05), and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of serum CRP in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment in the same group(P < 0.05), the recovery time of urine leukocyte in the treatment group was significantly shortened(P < 0.05), and the level of serum CRP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Yinhua Miyanling Tablets combined with aztreonam in treatment of acute urinary tract infection is definite, and it can safely and effectively relieve the symptoms such as frequent urination and urgent urination, and further shorten the normalization time of leukocytes in urine test and reduce the
