摘 要:“双碳”背景驱动下,氢系燃料的制备及利用与非高炉炼铁技术相结合已成为推动钢铁生产从传统的“碳冶金”向“氢冶金”转变的必然趋势。本文对非高炉炼铁技术的现状及氢系燃料在非高炉炼铁中的应用进行了分析,并在综合分析我国资源及能源特点的基础上,得出在煤、天然气、风光水电、生物质丰富的地区,分别发展煤制气、天然气蒸汽重整制氢、电解水制氢等技术,结合非高炉炼铁技术革新,有利于推动我国氢基竖炉直接还原工艺和氢系燃料多喷孔回转窑预还原-氢基熔融还原工艺的发展,可进一步促使钢铁行业节能减排。Driven by the background of“carbon peaking and carbon neurality”,the combination of the preparation and utilization of hydrogen-based fuels and non-blast furnace iron-making technology has become an irresistible trend for the transformation of iron and steel production from traditional“carbon metallurgy”to“hydrogen metallurgy”.In this paper,the current status of non-blast furnace iron-making technology and the application of hydrogen-based fuels in non-blast furnace iron-making are analyzed.Based on a comprehensive analysis on the characteristics of resources and energy in China,it is concluded that in areas rich in coal,natural gas,wind-solar hydro-power and biomass,technologies such as coal-to-gas,natural gas steam reforming to hydrogen,and water electrolysis to hydrogen should be developed respectively.The innovation of non-blast furnace iron-making technology is conducive to promoting the development on direct reduction process of hydrogen-based shaft furnace and multi-nozzle rotary kiln pre-reduction-hydrogen-based smelting reduction process with hydrogen-based fuel in China,which can further promote energy conservation and emission reduction in the iron and steel industry.
