摘  要:本文针对传统烧结工艺能耗高、强度差等缺点,开发了铁矿粉球团烧结新工艺。实验室烧结杯试验结果表明:普通铁矿烧结时采用新工艺,其转鼓强度可由61.50%提升至75.12%,成品率由67.29%提升至85.03%,固体能源消耗降低43.6%至44.31 kg/t;而对于红土镍矿烧结,转鼓强度由46.27%提升至58.66%,成品率由64.88%提升至68.16%,利用系数由1.06 t/( m^(2)·h)提升至1.19 t/(m^(2)·h),固体能源消耗降低22.78%至110.36 kg/t。球团烧结工艺能促进复合铁酸钙的生成,所获得的成品烧结矿FeO质量分数低,还原度高,还原粉化率低,具备优良的还原性能。球团烧结新工艺不但能显著改善烧结矿的产、质量指标,降低固体能耗和CO_(2)排放,而且该工艺对矿粉类型适应性强,有助于传统烧结生产的提质降耗改造。In view of such disadvantages of traditional sintering process as high energy consumption and poor strength,a new process for iron ore powder pelletizing sintering is developed.The results of laboratory sintering cup tests show that:the new process is used in the sintering of ordinary iron ore,the drum strength can be increased from 61.50% to 75.12%,the yield is increased from 67.29% to 85.03%,and the solid energy consumption can be reduced by 43.6% to 44.31 kg/t.As for the laterite nickel ore sintering,the drum strength is increased from 46.27% to 58.66%,the yield is increased from 64.88% to 68.16%,and the utilization coefficient is increased from 1.06 t/(m^(2)·h) to 1.19 t/(m^(2)·h),and the solid energy consumption is reduced up to 110.36 kg/t,about 22.78%.The pelletizing sintering process can promote the formation of composite calcium ferrite,and the obtained finished sinter has low FeO mass fraction,high reduction degree,low reduction pulverization rate,and excellent reduction performance.The new pelletizing sintering process can not only significantly improve sinter production and quality indicators,reduce solid energy consumption and CO_(2) emissions,but also have strong adaptability to the type of ore powder,which is conducive to the quality improvement and consumption reduction of traditional sintering production.
