摘 要:针对烧结原料以超细精矿粉为主而导致的烧结料层透气性差,返矿率高,工序能耗较高等问题,太钢进行了一系列低碳低排放技术研究与实践,主要包括细粒级燃料前置混匀造堆技术、强混烧结技术、热风富氧烧结技术、“活性炭+低温SCR”烟气净化技术、微负压点火气固分离技术、环冷机低排及高效余热回收技术等,取得了显著的效果,固体燃料消耗由45 kg/t以上降低到41 kg/t以下,工序能耗由42 kgce/t降低到35 kgce/t,烧结全系统环保指标达到国家A类企业标准。本研究将为以高比例铁精矿为主要原料的烧结厂提供重要的借鉴与参考。Aiming at the problems of poor permeability of the sinter bed,high return ratio,high solid fuel consumption and process energy consumption caused by TISCO taking the predominance of ultra-fine concentrate powder as the raw material for sintering,TISCO has conducted a series of research and practice on low-carbon and low-emission technologies,which mainly include the front homogenization stacking technology of fine-grained fuel,powerful mixing sintering technology,hot-air oxygen-enriched sintering technology,"activated carbon+low-temperature SCR" flue gas purification technology,micro-negative ignition gas-solid separation technology,low emission and high-efficiency waste heat recovery technology of the ring cooler.Therefore,the solid fuel consumption has been reduced from over 45 kg/t to less than 41 kg/t,the energy consumption of the process has been reduced from 42 kgce/t to 35 kgce/t,and the environmental protection index of the whole system of sintering has reached the national standard of Class A enterprise.Its related technologies are highlighted in order to provide reference for peers.
