摘  要:为了提高球团矿入炉比例,降低高炉渣量和燃料消耗,本文通过实验室试验和工业试验,研究了有利于生产低硅碱性球团矿的熔剂及生产工艺参数。试验结果表明:消石灰具有良好的黏结性能,有利于降低球团膨润土的使用比例,且分解吸热量少,对球团抗压强度影响小,可以实现优质低硅碱性球团矿的生产,并可满足高炉高配比使用要求。首钢京唐3座5 500 m^(3)高炉配加优质低硅碱性球团矿后,总球团配比可由原来的28%提升至55%,吨铁CO_(2)排放降低10%。In order to increase the proportion of pellets putting into the furnace and reduce the amount of blast furnace slag and fuel consumption,through laboratory tests and industrial tests,the flux and production process parameters that are beneficial to the production of low-silicon alkaline pellets are studied.The results show that slaked lime has good bonding properties,which is conducive to reducing the proportion of bentonite used in the pellets,and has less decomposition and heat absorption,which has little effect on the compressive strength of the pellets,and can realize the production of high-quality low-silica alkaline pellets,while it can meet the requirements of high ratio of blast furnace.After Shougang Jingtang three 5 500 m^(3) blast furnaces are equipped with high-quality and low-silicon alkaline pellets,the total pellet ratio increased from the original 28% to 55%,and the CO_(2) emissions per ton of iron is reduced by 10%.
