摘 要:针对冷库冷藏系统夏季高温环境下出现压缩机排气温度较高、制冷性能降低等问题,设计并搭建了冷藏制冷系统实验台,研究了不同库外环境温度下系统制冷性能。结果表明:在库外高温工况下,补气系统相较于不补气压缩机排气温度降低了16.9%~18.4%,制冷量上升了12.8%~17.2%,压缩机功率增加了5.57%~6.51%,系统COP提升了6.93%~10.01%。For the problems of high exhaust temperature of compressor and low refrigeration performance in cold storage refrigeration system in summer,a refrigeration system experimental platform was designed and built,and the refrigeration performance of the system under different ambient temperatures outside the cold storage was studied.The results show that:under the high temperature condition outside the reservoir,the exhaust temperature of the air replenishing system decreases by 16.9%~18.4%,the refrigeration capacity increases by 12.8%~17.2%,the compressor power increases by 5.57%~6.51%,and the COP of the system increases by 6.93%~10.01%.
