摘  要:为了减少开架式气化器换热管表面结冰,设计一种新型高效换热管,并采用ANSYS Workbench软件对预冷过程中换热管表面海水膜温度场和速度场进行模拟。分析发现:结冰主要发生在预冷过程中的非稳定阶段,该阶段海水膜厚度影响温度场和速度场的分布,海水膜越厚,温度越高,速度越大;稳定阶段,海水膜厚度对温度场分布和接近冰点温度海水量的多少影响不大,而使海水膜速度分布逐渐趋于均匀,并在左右肋两侧形成四个涡旋,距离LNG进口端越远,旋涡运动越剧烈。In order to reduce the surface ice on the heat exchange tube of the open rack vaporizers,a new type of high efficiency heat exchange tube was designed.The temperature field and the velocity field of the water film on the heat exchange tube surface during the precooling process were simulated by ANSYS Workbench software.The results show that the icing mainly occurs at the unstable stage of the precooling process,and in this process the thickness of the water film affects the distribution of the temperature field and the velocity field,as well as the thicker the water film,the higher the temperature and the higher the velocity.At the unstable stage of the precooling process,the thickness of the water film has little influence on the distribution of the temperature field and the amount of seawater near the freezing temperature,but the distribution of the water film velocity gradually tends to be uniform,and four vortices are formed on both sides of the left rib and the right rib,as well as the farther away from the LNG inlet,the more intense the vortex motion.
