摘　　要：学生贫困认定是高校学生工作的一项重要内容,同时也是社会扶贫工作的重要一环.然而高校贫困生认定工作的一项重要挑战就是学生诚信问题.为了研究学生诚信对高校学生贫困认定的影响,考虑到学生与学校群体的有限理性,首先构造了学生与学校贫困认定的演化博弈模型,模型首次描述了有限理性下学生与学校双方在诚信问题上的策略选择;其次,对该模型进行演化博弈分析,分别得出了不同情况下的演化稳定策略(ESS),给出了策略选择的稳定条件;最后总结了演化博弈分析结果,提出了具体的政策建议,包括:降低学生不诚信的收益、学校加大对不诚信学生的处罚、有关部门加强监管是解决学生不诚信的有效措施.The identification of student impoverished is an important part of college student work as well as an important part of social impoverished alleviation.However,one of the principal challenges in the identification of impoverished college students is the issue of student integrity.In order to study the impact of student integrity on impoverished affirmation of college students,considering the limited rationality of students and school groups,this paper first constructs an evolutionary game model of impoverished identification between students and schools,for the first time,this model describes the strategic choice of students and schools on the issue of integrity under the condition of bounded rationality.Next,based on evolutionary game theory,perform analysis on the model.Under different circumstances,the different evolved stability strategies(ESS) are obtained,and the stability conditions of strategy choice are given.Finally,this article sums up the consequences of evolutionary game analysis and comes up with specific policy suggestions.Including:reducing student dishonest income,schools increasing punishment for dishonest students and strengthening supervision by relevant departments are effective measures to solve students’ dishonesty.
