改良仙方活命饮治疗肝射频消融术后不良反应的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨改良仙方活命饮对肝脏恶性肿瘤射频消融术后火毒凝结证患者不良反应的治疗作用。[方法]选取2017年1月至2021年4月在杭州市中医院行射频消融术的肝脏恶性肿瘤患者60例,随机分为中药组(27例)及对照组(33例)。对照组术后予护肝药物治疗,并根据出现的不良反应给予对症处理;中药组除上述治疗外,予改良仙方活命饮口服治疗7 d。比较两组术后1周内体温、肝区疼痛、恶心呕吐、术前1 d及术后第3、7天的肝功能异常情况。[结果]中药组术后体温低于对照组,肝区疼痛、恶心呕吐症状轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组术前肝功能与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药组术后第3、7天肝功能损伤轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]改良仙方活命饮可减轻肝射频消融术后火毒凝结证患者的并发症。[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of improved Xianfang Huoming decoction on the adverse reactions of the patients with condensation syndrome of fire poison,after radiofrequency ablation(RFA)of liver malignancy.[Methods]Sixty cases of liver malignancy with condensation syndrome of fire poison after RFA in Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)from Jan.2017 to Apr.2021 were randomly divided into TCM group(27 cases)and control group(33 cases).Patients in control group were given liver protective drugs and expectant treatment,and TCM group was treated with improved Xianfang Huoming decoction for 7 days combined with above-mentioned therapy.After 1 week,the body temperature,pain of liver,nausea and vomiting were compared between the two groups.Hepatic dysfunction before operation,the 3 rd day and 7 th day after operation was compared between the two groups.[Results]The body temperature after operation in TCM group was lower than control group(P<0.05),the liver pain in TCM group was slighter than control group(P<0.05),and the nausea and vomiting in TCM group was milder than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between TCM group and control group in hepatic function before operation(P>0.05).The hepatic dysfunction in TCM group was slighter than that in control group on the 3 rd day and 7 th day after operation(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Improved Xianfang Huoming decoction can relieve the complications of the patients with condensation syndrome of fire poison,following RFA of liver malignancy.
