摘 要:分别以具有中微孔、微孔和中孔的颗粒活性炭为载体,制备Pt负载的铂炭催化剂.使用BET、SEM、XPS、TEM等对所制备的材料进行物性结构表征;使用固定床反应器表征铂炭催化剂对乙醇的热催化降解性能.研究表明,Pt负载量为0.05%(质量分数)、载体具有微孔和中孔混合结构的铂炭催化剂,在280℃时乙醇的降解率为87.81%,远优于相同Pt负载量、载体为单纯微孔(降解率57.89%)和单纯中孔(降解率62.26%)结构的铂炭催化剂.120 h的老化实验表明,中微孔铂炭催化剂具有良好的热催化稳定性.Platinum carbon catalysts with low Pt loading were prepared by using granular activated carbon with medium micropore,microporous and mesoporous as support.BET,SEM,XPS,TEM,etc.were used to characterize the physical properties of the prepared materials.A fixed-bed reactor was used to characterize the thermal catalytic degradation performance of Pt/C catalysts for ethanol.The results showed that the Pt/C catalyst with a Pt loading of 0.05%(mass fraction)and a carrier with a microporous and mesoporous mixed structure had a degradation rate of 87.81%to ethanol at 280℃,which was much better than the same Pt loading and a simple microporous carrier(degradation rate 57.89%)and pure mesoporous(degradation rate 62.26%)platinum-carbon catalyst.The 120 h aging experiment showed that the Pt/C catalyst with medium micropores had good thermal stability.
