摘 要:针对低雷诺数下不规则颗粒的沉降阻力公式F_(阻)=12Aμu/d_(p)中,颗粒当量直径A不足以反映其三维形状对阻力所产生影响的问题,引入球形度系数k,得到改进阻力公式F_(阻)=12/k·A_(1)μu/d_(p).经过计算机模拟和实验验证,结果表明:改进公式在高粘度、小粒径的情况下具有良好的适用性,能够显著提高计算的准确度,且颗粒的球形度越高,计算结果相对偏差越小.改进公式丰富了低雷诺数下不规则颗粒沉降理论,对选厂尾矿沉降、浓密等作业的工艺计算具有重要的参考价值.Aiming at the problem that in the settlement resistance formula F_(阻)=12Aμu/d_(p) of irregular particles at low Reynolds number,the particle equivalent diameter A is not enough to reflect the influence of its three-dimensional shape on the resistance.The sphericity coefficient k is introduced to obtain an improved resistance formula F_(阻)=12/k·A_(1)μu/d_(p).Simulation and experimental results show that the improved formula has good applicability in the case of high viscosity and small particle size,and can significantly improve the accuracy of calculation,and the higher the sphericity of particles,the smaller the deviation of the improved formula.The improved formula enriches the theory of settling irregular particles and has certain reference value for the process calculation of settling and thickening of tailings in the concentrator.
