摘 要:油井产出液经多通路油气集输管网输送到集油站,当油井生产动态发生改变时,会影响集输管网内的流量、流向以及压力分布,从而影响油井的产量以及管道使用寿命,所以需要建立能够遍历计算出集输管网内上述参数的方法。实际生产中,多口油井公用集输管网,有枝状、环状或两者组合。环状管网相较于枝状管网,由于其拓扑结构复杂,公用管道内流体流向不确定等因素造成其流量、流向以及压力分布难以计算,所以提出了一种基于图的油田集输管网遍历计算方法,利用邻接表储存管网拓扑结构,广度优先搜索遍历管网迭代计算出流量、流向以及压力分布。运用此方法的计算结果与实际生产情况误差较小,工程应用具有较高的精度,可以成为遍历计算多通路集输管网的有效工具。The produced fluid of oil well is transported to the gathering station through a multi-channel gathering and transportation pipeline network.During this process,a change of the production conditions of oil well is able to reshape the flow,flow direction,and pressure distribution across the gathering network,which consequently influences the output of oil well as well as the service life of pipelines.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a calculation method for determining the aforementioned parameter across the gathering network.In practice,multi-port wells are publicly connected though a gathering pipe network,which has different configurations including dendritic,ring,and a combination.Compared with dendritic pipeline network,the flow,flow direction,and pressure distribution in the ring system are difficult to be calculated since such a system owns a complicated topological structure together with an uncertain flow rate in the common pipe sections.A novel calculation method based on graph theory was proposed.More specifically,the network topology was firstly stored by using an adjacency list,then the breadth-first search traversal was performed to iteratively calculate the flow,flow direction,and pressure distribution.Based on the proposed method,the associated error of calculation is small comparing with the actual production condition,thus,the result can serve as a valuable guideline for field applications.
