摘 要:分析了回采工作面瓦斯涌出来源与上隅角瓦斯浓度超限的原因,根据上隅角瓦斯防治进展,将上隅角瓦斯防治手段归纳为“七防”(临时挡风帘、采空区风幛、增大通风量、安设引射器、局部通风机、上隅角封堵及风流均压法)与“七治”(改变通风方式、采空区埋(插)管、高位钻孔抽放、高位钻场水平定向钻孔、高位抽放巷、工作面尾巷及底板拦截钻孔),介绍了个别方法的适用条件及存在的问题。分析认为,为了从根本上解决上隅角瓦斯浓度的超限问题,煤矿需要结合煤层瓦斯赋存条件与瓦斯涌出特征,以“治”的措施为主、以“防”的措施为辅的综合治理方法,保证煤矿安全高效生产。The gas emission source and reasons of disallowed gas concentration in the upper corner of the mining face were analyzed.According to the progress of gas prevention and control in the upper corner,which could be summarized as seven prevention methods and seven control methods.The seven prevention methods referred to setting temporary wind curtain,setting air brattice in goaf,increasing the ventilation volume,installing the ejector,installing local ventilator,blocking the upper corner and adopting air flow pressure equalization method;seven control methods included changing the ventilation mode,burying(inserting)pipes in goaf,gas drainage through high-level borehole,horizontal directional drilling in high-level drilling site,high-level drainage roadway,interception drilling setting in working face tail roadway and floor.The applicable conditions and existing problems of individual methods were introduced.In order to fundamentally solve the problem of disallowed gas concentration in the upper corner,the coal mine needed to combine the coal seam gas storage conditions and gas emission characteristics,and adopted a comprehensive treatment method dominated by control measures and supplemented by prevention measures to alleviate the problem of disallowed gas concentration in the upper corner and ensure the safe and efficient production of the coal mine.
