摘 要:为解决本溪某中药厂废水站长期停产再启动和出水超标问题,利用生物接触氧化装置对中药废水进行小试。进水pH调整为7.0~7.5,反应装置内水温23℃,溶解氧保持(2.0~3.5)mg/L范围。用城市污水厂回流污泥作为接种污泥,逐渐增加中药废水与城市污水的比例,24天完成挂膜驯化。当进水COD_(cr)为1920 mg/L左右,水力停留时间24 h时,COD_(cr)去除率达82%,出水COD_(cr)在340 mg/L以下,满足排入下水道要求。生物接触氧化池进水pH5.5~6.0时,活性污泥由黄褐色变为灰色,生物膜脱落,池内污泥絮体细碎,出水COD_(cr)超标。In order relaunch and reach effluent wastewater standardsafter a long-term shutdown for Chinese medicine factory in Benxi,a small-scale test was carried out on the traditional Chinese medicine wastewater by using a biological contact oxidation device.The pH of the influent water was adjusted to 7.0~7.5,the water temperature in the reaction device was 23℃,and the dissolved oxygen was maintained in the range of(2.0~3.5)mg/L.Using the sludge returned from the urban sewage plant as the inoculated sludge,the ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine wastewater to the urban sewage was gradually increased,and the film-forming domestication was completed in 24 days.The COD_(cr) of the influent was 1920 mg/L,when the hydraulic retention time was 24 h.The COD_(cr) removal rate was over 82%,and the COD_(cr) of the effluent was below 500 mg/L,which metthe discharge requirements.When the influent pH was the biological contact oxidation tank was 5.5~6.0,the activated sludge changes from yellowish brown to gray,the biofilm falls off,the sludge flocs in the tank were finely broken,and the effluent COD_(cr) exceeded the standard.
