摘 要:针对河北省某医院原污水处理设施处理能力不足,出水污染物不达标等问题,在原污水处理设施基础上进行优化改造工程。本工程采用预处理+AO一体化系统+深度消毒的组合工艺进行处理,设计处理能力为400 m^(3)/d。通过水质监测数据,结合工艺流程及主要设计参数,考察了组合工艺对污水的处理效果,分析了建设投资及运行费用。运行结果表明,该工艺水质提升效果明显,对COD、BOD_(5)和氨氮的平均去除率分别为80.55%、81.22%、80.04%,出水主要污染物指标均达到《医疗机构水污染排放标准》(GB 18466-2005)排放要求。The treatment capacity of the original sewage treatment facilities is insufficient and effluent pollutants are not up to standard of a hospital in Hebei Province.To address the problem,the optimization and reconstruction project shall be carried out on the basis of the original wastewater treatment facilities.The project adopts the combined process of pretreatment+AO integrated system+disinfection for treatment,and the design treatment capacity is 480 m^(3)/d.Through the monitoring data of water quality,this paper investigates the effect of combined process on wastewater treatment and analyzes the construction investment and operation cost based on the process flow and main design parameters.The operation results show that the process can obviously improve the water quality,and the average removal rates of COD,BOD_(5) and Ammonia nitrogen are 80.55%,81.22%and 80.04%respectively.The main pollutant indexes of the effluent meet Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Medical Organization(GB 18466-2005).
