摘 要:随着科技的发展,化石燃料的利用在急剧增加,与此同时也带来了许多环境问题,例如大量的CO_(2)加剧了温室效应以及全球变暖,因此CO_(2)的分离回收再利用对环境保护具有重要意义。膜分离技术具有无相变、操作简单、耗能低等优点,在解决气体分离回收再利用方面具有很好的优势。比较不同的聚合物材料,聚酰亚胺是一类成熟且商业化的聚合物材料,具有良好的机械性能、耐热性能、耐化学腐蚀性能等,因此被广泛应用在气体分离领域。本文综述了国内外研究学者对聚酰亚胺气体分离膜结构对气体渗透性能影响的研究现状,详细介绍了含氟原子、含磺酰基团、含PIM结构以及含其它结构的聚酰亚胺气体分离膜的最新研究进展,并对未来制备高性能的聚酰亚胺气体分离膜进行了展望。With the development of science and technology,the utilization of fossil fuels is increasing rapidly.At the same time,it also brings many environmental problems.For example,a large amount of CO_(2) intensifies the greenhouse effect and global warming.Therefore,the separation,recovery and reuse of CO_(2) are of great significance to environmental protection.Membrane separation technology has the advantages of no phase change,simple operation,low energy consumption etc.and has good advantages in solving gas separation,recovery and reuse.Comparing different polymer materials,polyimide is a mature and commercialized polymer material with good mechanical properties,heat resistance,chemical corrosion resistance etc.,so it is widely used in the field of gas separation.The research status of the influence of polyimide gas separation membrane structure on gas permeability at home and abroad is summarized,the latest research progress of polyimide gas separation membrane containing fluorine atom,sulfonyl group,PIM structure and other structures is introduced in detail,and the preparation of high-performance polyimide gas separation membrane in the future is prospected.
