摘  要:通过顺序进行光引发的硫醇-烯和热引发的硫醇-异氰酸酯点击反应,设计合成了具有高冲击韧性的聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)。通过对材料的结构和性能进行傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、折射率、拉伸、冲击强度和硬度测试、示差扫描量热法(DSC)、动态热机械分析(DMA)以及热失重(TGA)等研究表明,因聚合网络交联密度的提高和刚性的降低,合成的硫醇-烯-异氰酸酯顺序光-热双固化弹性聚氨酯相对于硫醇-异氰酸酯二元体系的冲击韧性得到显著提高。当CC/NCO摩尔比为50/50和30/70时,缺口冲击强度分别为24.28和18.57kJ/cm^(2),与增韧前相比,其冲击强度分别提高了92.2%和47.0%。此外,通过不同的硫醇、异氰酸酯结构和CC/NCO摩尔比对TPU的光学、力学和热性能的影响研究,表明改变双固化过程中的聚合组分可以得到性能不同的材料,该类材料可用于光电材料、牙科材料等领域。Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU)with high impact strength was prepared by sequential thiol-ene and thiol-isocyanate click reactions.The structures and properties of thiol-ene-isocyanate based TPU ternary crosslinking networks were proven by using FT-IR,refraction,tensile,impact strength and hardness tests,DSC,DMA and TGA.The increased crosslinking density and decreased rigidity of the polymer networks,compared with the thiol-isocyanate based dual networks,resulted in relatively better impact strength.When the molar ratios of CC/NCO were 50/50 and 30/70,the notched impact strength were 24.28 and 18.57kJ/cm^(2).Compared to those without toughening,the impact strength was increased by 92.2%and 47.0%,respectively.In addition,different structures of thiols,isocyanates and the molar ratio of CC/NCO also influenced the optical,mechanical and thermal properties,which showed that the TPU with different properties can be designed by controlling the polymerization components and potentially used as optoelectronic materials or dental materials.
