摘　　要：总结张士卿教授从子午流注论治小儿咳嗽的经验。张教授从客观的子午流注时间观着手,定位时辰所对应的脏腑,结合“五脏六腑皆令人咳,非独肺也”的理论,从四时五脏论治,依据证候出现或加重的时间,诊断其为何脏之病,总结病因病机,因时立法,从本治之,故五脏安和,气顺咳宁。强调掌握不同经脉气血流注的时间规律,按时施治,可辅助精确辨证,临床疗效满意。附案例2则,以资验证。This paper summarizes professor ZHANG Shiqing’s experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of children with cough based on midnight-noon ebb-flow,starting with the objective midnight-noon ebb-flow time view,locating the viscera corresponding to the twelve two-hour periods in a day,combined with the theory of “all kinds of cough are caused by all the five zang-organs and six fu-organs,not exclusively the lung”,treats from the four seasons and five zang organs,diagnoses the disease relating to which viscera according to the time when the symptoms appear or aggravate,summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis,works out a therapy in accordance with seasons,and treats from the root,therefore the five zang-organs are tranquilizing and harmonious,with smoothing qi and quieting cough.It is emphasized that mastering the rule of time of qi and blood flowing in different meridians and treating it on time can assist in accurate syndrome differentiation,whereby achieving satisfactory clinical efficacy.Two cases are attached for verification.
