摘　　要：蔡根兴教授擅长从脾胃论治儿科疾病,认为“滞”是小儿疾病的重要病因,“滞”除了指食滞外,还包括寒、热(火)、湿(痰)、气、瘀等病理要素。蔡教授将辨病与辨证相结合,异病同治,运用健脾消导法治疗小儿五脏杂病,获效显著。附小儿汗证、抽动障碍、肠系膜淋巴结炎、腺样体肥大、血尿5则验案,以资验证。Professor CAI Genxing excels at treating pediatric diseases based on syndrome differentiation and treatment of the spleen and stomach.He holds that “stagnation” is an important etiology of pediatric diseases.“Stagnation” not only refers to food stagnation,but also includes pathological elements such as cold,heat(fire),dampness(phlegm),qi and blood stasis.He combines disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,treats different diseases with the same therapy,and uses the method of invigorating spleen and promoting digestion to remove food retention to treat children’s miscellaneous diseases of the five zang-organs,with marked efficacy.Five proven cases are attached for verification,including children with hidrosis syndrome,tic disorders,mesenteric lymphadenitis,adenoidal hypertrophy,and hematuria.
