摘　　要：王素梅教授认为小儿咳嗽无论外感内伤,若久而不愈,多与风、热、痰、瘀等病理因素有关,故常于辨证论治的基础上灵活运用虫类药。治疗外感咳嗽缠绵难解者,常于解表药基础上加僵蚕、蝉蜕,加强疏风散邪、宣肺止咳之功;治疗内伤咳嗽久而不愈者,治宜敛散结合,祛邪与扶正并举,加僵蚕、地龙,以通络散结、活血化瘀、化痰止咳;认为痉咳多因肝肺不合而为木火刑金之证,故治宜疏肝敛肺、清热养阴,加僵蚕、蛤蚧息风镇痉、纳气止咳。附案例1则,以资验证。Professor WANG Sumei holds that children with cough in case of protracted healing due either to exogenous attack or to internal injury,which is mostly related to pathological factors,namely wind,heat,phlegm and stasis,etc.Therefore she flexibly uses insect medicinals,namely Bombyx Batryticatus,Periostracum Cicadae,Pheretima and Gecko etc.to strengthen efficacy on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Treatment for cough due to exogenous attack with lingering refractory,Bombyx Batryticatus and Periostracum Cicadae are often added on the basis of relieving exterior syndrome medicinals to strengthen the efficacy of dispelling wind and pathogens as well as dispersing lung and stopping cough;Treatment for cough due to internal injury with prolonged healing,it is advised to combine astringing with dispersing,and to employ both expelling pathogenic factors and supporting healthy qi,and Bombyx Batryticatus and Pheretima are added to dredge collaterals and dissipate nodules,activate blood to resolve stagnation,and resolve phlegm to stop cough.She also holds that spasmodic cough is the syndrome of wood-fire tormenting metal due to disharmony between liver and lung.Therefore,it is advised to soothe liver and astringe lung,clear away heat and nourish yin.Bombyx Batryticatus and Gecko are added to stop wind and relieve spasm,and receive qi and stop cough.One case is attached for verification.
