摘　　要：张谨宜老师认为过敏性咳嗽患儿多禀赋有异,素体阳虚,易为外邪侵袭,尤以寒邪为甚。寒邪引动体内水饮上犯于肺,肺气郁闭不宣,则引起咳嗽。故治疗以温肺化饮、化痰止咳为主,方选苓甘五味姜辛汤加减。附案例2则,以资验证。Mrs.ZHANG Jinyi holds that children with atopic cough mostly result from varied constitution,and innate asthenia of yang is susceptible to be attacked by external pathogenic factors,and particularly by cold pathogens;There is persistent fluid retention inside the body,pathogenic cold stirring fluid retention in vivo to invade upward into the lung,causing stagnation of lung qi failure to disperse and cough.Therefore,the main treatment is warming lung to resolve fluid retention and resolving phlegm to stop cough,selecting the prescription modified Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Tang(苓甘五味姜辛汤).Two cases are attached for verification.
