补脾止泻散辅助治疗儿童白色糠疹兼疳积症21例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察补脾止泻散辅助治疗儿童白色糠疹兼疳积症的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年3—10月于湖州市中医院皮肤科门诊治疗的白色糠疹兼疳积症患儿42例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各21例。对照组予甘草锌颗粒口服联合0.03%他克莫司软膏外涂治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合补脾止泻散口服治疗,2组均连续治疗1个月后统计疗效。结果 治疗前,2组的白色糠疹症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组的症状积分均较同组治疗前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为95.24%(20/21),显著高于对照组的80.95%(17/21),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 补脾止泻散辅助治疗白色糠疹兼疳积症疗效确切,可明显缓解临床症状,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bupi Zhixie San(补脾止泻散)in adjuvant treatment of children with pityriasis alba accompanying malnutrition symptom.Methods From March to October in 2020,42 cases of children with pityriasis alba accompanying malnutrition symptom treated in dermatology department of Huzhou Hospital of TCM were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of licorzine granules combined with smearing with 0.03%protopic ointment,on this basis,the treatment group was combined with oral administration of Bupi Zhixie San.We kept statistics about the efficacy after the 2 groups received continuous treatment for 1 month.Results Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in pityriasis alba symptom score between the 2 groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the symptom score of the 2 groups significantly decreased than that in the same group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05),moreover,the decrease in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.24%(20/21),which was significantly higher than 80.95%(17/21)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bupi Zhixie San has definite efficacy in adjuvant treatment of children with pityriasis alba accompanying malnutrition symptom,which can markedly alleviate clinical symptoms with high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
