摘 要:循环流化床锅炉水冷壁磨损成为影响和制约循环流化床锅炉安全经济运行的重要因素。以某工厂自备电厂DG1242/25.4-Ⅱ1型350 MW循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,运用CFD数值模拟软件模拟锅炉内的冷态流场,结合流场分析及循环流化床锅炉磨损的机理和常见的磨损原因分析提出相应可行的防治措施。研究表明,锅炉内实际磨损部位及CFD数值模拟结果吻合。数值模拟可作为监测炉内流场及优化炉膛结构的重要手段。The wear of water wall of circulating fluidized bed boiler has become an important factor affecting and restricting the safe and economic operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler. Taking the DG1242/25.4-II1 350MW circulating fluidized bed boiler in a self-contained power plant of a factory as the research object, the cold flow field in the boiler is simulated by CFD numerical simulation software. Combined with the flow field analysis, the wear mechanism and common wear causes of circulating fluidized bed boiler, the corresponding feasible prevention measures are put forward. The research shows that the actual wear parts in the boiler are consistent with the CFD numerical simulation results. Numerical simulation can be used as an important means to monitor the flow field in the boiler and optimize the furnace structure.
