双加压硝酸“四合一”机组研究综述

摘　　要：介绍了双加压硝酸生产工艺的特点与“四合一”机组的发展概况,结合工艺特点分析“四合一”机组的技术特点,对各机组出现的典型问题进行调研,重点对氧化氮压缩机的铵盐影响、过流部件腐蚀与水平中分面泄漏问题进行了分析,并提出处理方案,对预防和解决类似问题具有参考意义。The paper introduces the characteristics of dual-pressure nitric acid production process and progress of its“four-in-one”set,analyzes the technical characteristics of the“four-in-one”set based on its process features.Meanwhile,it also looks into typical problems of each set,focusing on the effect of ammonium salt on the nitrogen oxide compressor,the corrosion of flow-parts and the leakage of the axial section half joint,and proposes countermeasures.The paper is a reference for preventing and solving similar problems.
