摘 要:煤制天然气项目存在产品结构单一、综合能耗偏高等问题,在天然气价格下调和煤炭价格上涨的双重压力下,煤制天然气行业的发展受到严重制约。从煤制天然气多联产化学品的角度分析,结合现有的工艺技术特点,探索出煤制天然气联产甲醇和乙二醇的工艺技术路线。分别对单一煤制甲醇、煤制乙二醇、煤制天然气联产甲醇和乙二醇进行经济性分析,发现煤制天然气联产甲醇和乙二醇具有明显的成本优势。Coal-to-gas projects often suffer from single product structure and high comprehensive energy consumption.Now the coal-to-gas industry is seriously restricted under the dual pressure of decreasing gas price and increasing coal price.From the perspective of co-producing multiple chemicals with coal-to-gas as feedstock and based on the characteristics of existing process technologies,this article explores the process route of coal-to-gas methanol and ethylene glycol co-production.Economic analysis is conducted on the three scenarios,coal-to-methanol,coal-to-ethylene glycol,and coal-to-gas methanol and ethylene glycol co-production respectively.It is concluded that methanol and ethylene glycol co-production is obvious in cost advantages.
