摘　　要：针对尿素斯塔米卡邦U2000^(+)生产工艺中二氧化碳汽提塔换热管的腐蚀问题进行探讨,从汽提温度、设备部件、停车封塔、负荷工况等方面论述了汽提管被腐蚀的原因,并通过改进汽提管分布器与工艺优化控制等措施,缓解了汽提管的局部腐蚀,保障设备安全运行。The paper explores into the corrosion problem of CO_(2) stripper heat exchanger tubes in the Stamicarbon U2000^(+) Urea Production Process.It elaborates on the causes of the corrosion from such aspects as the stripping temperature,equipment components,stripper sealing in shut-down and load conditions,and ameliorates the local corrosion of stripper tubes by improving the stripper tube distributor and process control,so as to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
