摘　　要：目的:研究分析高效护理对于妊娠合并心脏病产妇心脏负担的改善作用。方法:选择福建医科大学附属第一医院2018年12月-2020年12月收治的妊娠合并心脏病产妇60例作为对象,根据产妇入院先后顺序单双号分组方式进行分组,其中单号为对照组,30例产妇运用常规护理干预措施,双号为观察组,30例患者运用高效护理干预措施,主要就其对心脏负担的改善等应用效果进行研究分析。结果:经护理后,观察组产妇的心功能效果评价总有效率86.67%,高于对照组产妇的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的自然分娩率高于对照组产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心力衰竭、严重并发症发生率、新生儿窘迫、窒息的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的满意度评价分值高于对照组产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠合并心脏病产妇围生期行高效护理对心脏负担的改善作用明确,大大提升产妇的满意度,可取得良好的妊娠结局,利于其预后恢复。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of efficient nursing on improving the heart burden of pregnant women with heart disease.Method:A total of 60 pregnant women with heart disease treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the objects.They were grouped according to the order of admission of odd and even number.The odd number was the control group,30 pregnant women used routine nursing intervention measures,the even number was the observation group,and 30 patients used efficient nursing intervention measures.This paper mainly studied and analyzed its application effects on the improvement of cardiac burden.Result:After nursing,the total effective rate of cardiac function evaluation in the observation group was 86.67%,which was higher than 60.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of heart failure,serious complications,neonatal distress and asphyxia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The evaluation score of satisfaction of pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficient effective nursing of pregnant women with heart disease has a clear effect on the improvement of cardiac burden,greatly improves the satisfaction of pregnant women,and can achieve a good pregnancy outcome,which is conducive to the recovery of prognosis.
