木香顺气丸加减方对妇科术后患者肠胀气及胃肠功能恢复情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨木香顺气丸加减方对妇科术后患者肠胀气及胃肠功能恢复情况的影响。方法:选取廉江市人民医院2019年4月-2021年4月208例行择期妇科手术患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(104例)和对照组(104例)。对照组采取术后常规治疗,观察组在此基础上结合木香顺气丸加减方治疗。观察两组术后肠胀气和并发症发生情况,首次排气和排便时间,肠鸣音恢复时间和平均住院时间。结果:观察组术后中重度肠胀气发生率、肠胀气总发生率和并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间均显著早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:木香顺气丸加减方可有效预防妇科术后肠胀气,使胃肠功能尽早恢复,并有效预防术后并发症发生。Objective:To explore the effect of Muxiang Shunqi Pill Modified Recipe on flatulence and recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gynecological operation.Method:A total of 208 patients undergoing elective gynecological surgery in Lianjiang People’s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into observation group (104 cases) and control group (104 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Muxiang Shunqi Pill Modified Recipe on the basis of the control group.The postoperative flatulence and complications incidence,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative defecation time,bowel sounds recovery time and average hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Result:The postoperative incidence of moderate and severe flatulence,the total incidence of flatulence and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The postoperative first exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and the first defecation time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group,and the hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Muxiang Shunqi Pill Modified Recipe can effectively prevent postoperative flatulence,promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function,and effectively prevent postoperative complications.
