摘　　要：目的:探讨腹部按摩联合小儿捏脊治疗婴幼儿功能性便秘的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4-7月在肇庆市第二人民医院儿保健科就诊的功能性便秘患儿120例,随机数字表法分组(试验组60例,对照组60例),对照组:枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗;试验组:枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒+腹部按摩+小儿捏脊联合治疗。比较两组临床效果与便秘症状评分差异。结果:试验组治疗有效率(91.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组粪便性状、排便时间、排便频率、排便困难和腹胀症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率(试验组5.00%,对照组6.67%)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹部按摩联合小儿捏脊治疗婴幼儿功能性便秘具有显著效果,患儿排便困难等症状均得到有效改善,安全性高,具有推广价值。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of abdominal massage combined with pediatric chiropractic in the treatment of infants and young children with functional constipation.Method:A total of 120 children with functional constipation who were treated in the Pediatric Health Department of the Second People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing City from April to July 2021 were selected and grouped by random number table (60 cases in the experimental group and 60 cases in the control group).The control group:Bacillus Subtilis Dual Live Bacteria Particles treatment,the experimental group:Bacillus Subtilis Dual Live Bacteria Particles+abdominal massage + pediatric chiropractic treatment.The clinical effect and constipation symptom score difference between the two groups of children were compared.Result:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group (91.67%) was higher than that of the control group (73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the fecal traits,defecation time,defecation frequency,dysfunction,and abdominal distension scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (the experimental group was 5.00% and the control group was 6.67%),the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal massage combined with pediatric chiropractic has a significant effect in the treatment of infants and young children with functional constipation.Symptoms such as difficulty in defecation in children are effectively improved,with high safety and promotion value.
