摘　　要：目的:构建基于Swanson关怀理论的肺癌CINV患者人文关怀模式并分析其实践效果。方法:将100例肺癌化疗病人按入院时间分为干预组50例,对照组50例。对照组接受科室原来的护理模式;干预组采用基于Swanson关怀理论构建的肺癌CINV患者人文关怀模式;连续干预2个疗程后;运用止吐评价工具(MAT)、关怀照护行为评价表,广泛性焦虑自评量表(GAD-7)、健康问卷(PHQ-9)进行效果评价。结果:2组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及延迟性呕吐频次、恶心程度之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组护理关怀行为质量的评价结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:基于Swanson关怀理论的肺癌CINV患者人文关怀模式能改善肺癌CINV患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪及延迟性恶心、呕吐的症状;提高护士的人文关怀照护能力。Objective:To construct a humanistic care model for lung cancer patients with CINV based on Swanson’s care theory and analyze its practical effect.Methods:100 cases of lung cancer chemotherapy patients were divided into 50 cases in the intervention group and 50 cases in the control group according to the admission time.The control group received the original nursing model of the department;the intervention group adopted the humanistic care model for lung cancer patients with CINV based on Swanson’s theory of care;after 2 consecutive courses of intervention;the antiemetic assessment tool(MAT),the caring care behavior evaluation form,and generalized anxiety were used.Selfrating scale(GAD-7)and health questionnaire(PHQ-9)were used to evaluate the effect.Results:There were statistically significant differences in anxiety,depression,frequency of delayed vomiting,and degree of nausea between the two groups(P<0.01);there were significant differences in the evaluation results of nursing care behavior quality between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The humanistic care model for lung cancer patients with CINV based on Swanson’s theory of care can improve the symptoms of anxiety,depression,delayed nausea and vomiting in patients with lung cancer CINV,and improve the humanistic care ability of nurses.
