全蝎膏外敷治疗高渗性静脉炎效果及对患者hs-CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究中药全蝎膏外敷对输液高渗性静脉炎疗效及患者hs-CRP影响。方法:选取肿瘤科经外周静脉输注高渗性药导致静脉炎病人61例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组30例,予50%硫酸镁湿敷,中药组31例,予中药全蝎膏外敷,敷药5d为1疗程。分别对两组患者治疗前后静脉炎症状评分、hs-CRP及治疗后临床症状改善时间、疗效进行评价比较。结果:两组治疗观察期间均未发生药物不良反应,治疗前临床症状评分、hs-CRP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后中药组症状评分、hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),症状改善时间中药组为(5.04±0.46)d,对照组(8.57±0.50)d,中药组症状改善时间明显比对照组少(P<0.05),总有效率中药组为93.55%,对照组为70.00%,中药组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药全蝎膏外敷治疗输液高渗性静脉炎临床症状改善快,疗效好,可降低血浆hs-CRP水平,患者舒适感、依从性高,值得推广与应用。Objective:To explore the curative effect of external application of Chinese herbal medicine Quanxi ointment on infusion hyperosmolar phlebitis and the effect of hs-CRP in patients.Methods:Selected 61 patients with phlebitis caused by peripheral intravenous infusion of hypertonic drugs in the department of oncology,and divided them into the control group with 30 cases according to the random number table method,which received 50%magnesium sulfate wet compress,and the traditional Chinese medicine group,31 cases,given the traditional Chinese medicine Quanxi.The ointment is applied externally,and 5d is a course of treatment.The phlebitis symptom score,hs-CRP,clinical symptom improvement time and curative effect after treatment were evaluated and compared in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:There were no adverse drug reactions in the two groups during the observation period,and there was no significant difference in the clinical symptom scores and hs-CRP before treatment(P>0.05).The symptom improvement time in the traditional Chinese medicine group was(5.04±0.46)d,and in the control group(8.57±0.50)d,the symptom improvement time in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 93.55%,the control group was 70.00%,the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external application of traditional Chinese medicine Quanxi ointment in the treatment of infusion hyperosmolar phlebitis can improve the clinical symptoms quickly and has a good curative effect.It can reduce the level of plasma hs-CRP,and has high patient comfort and compliance.
