揿针治疗肛瘘切挂术后肛周疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究揿针对于高位肛瘘术后患者的疼痛有无缓解作用及缓解程度。方法:将2020年5月-2020年9月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院肛肠二科住院收治的符合入组标准的70例高位肛瘘患者随机分为对照组35例和试验组35例,其中对照组予以揿针皮内埋针治疗,试验组予以地佐辛静滴治疗,3天后对比两组患者疼痛视觉评分、止痛药追加人数、不良反应发生情况。结果:两种方案均可缓解术后疼痛,对照组止痛效果更好但用药后不良反应较多,追加止痛药人数也相对较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:揿针对于缓解肛瘘术后疼痛有一定疗效,且不良反应较少,临床可用于疼痛较轻或体质较差不能耐受止痛药物病人。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of dry dampness and antipruritic lotion combined with methylene blue in the treatment of perianal eczema.Methods:SPSS was used 21.0 statistical software analysis estimated that the sample size was about 70 cases.After being approved by the ethics committee of Anhui Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,70 cases of anal fistula patients who met the inclusion criteria in the second Department of anorectal surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2020 to Septem ber 2020 were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and experimental group(35 cases)After 3 days,the visual score of pain,the number of additional painkillers and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The two schemes can relieve postoperative pain.The control group has better analgesic effect,but there are more adverse reactions after medication,and the number of additional painkillers is relatively small.Both schemes can relieve postoperative pain.The control group has better analgesic effect,but there are more adverse reactions after medication,and the number of additional painkillers is relatively small,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:pressing needle has a certain effect on relieving pain after anal fistula operation,and has less adverse reactions.It can be used in patients with mild pain or poor constitution who can not tolerate analgesic drugs.
