摘　　要：研究表明,胰岛α细胞功能障碍在2型糖尿病患者中扮演着重要的角色。针灸可以有效改善胰岛α细胞功能。该文从胰岛α细胞的功能、胰岛α、β细胞与糖尿病的关系,以及针灸改善胰岛α细胞的机制等几个方面进行综述。Studies have shown that islet alpha cell dysfunction plays an important role in patients with type 2 diabe-tes.Acupuncture can effectively improve islet alpha cell function.This article will review the function of isletαcells,the relationship between isletαandβcells and diabetes,and the mechanism of acupuncture to improve isletαcells.
