摘  要:[研究目的]在企业间竞争愈发激烈的背景下,竞争情报在构建商业模式竞争优势研究中的作用日益凸显。通过多案例分析有利于探明创新企业商业模式的路径,对挖掘企业竞争优势具有重要意义。[研究方法]利用竞争情报的相关理论并结合商业模式要素的相关内容构建了案例观察框架,剖析了四大单车企业的竞争情报搜集、竞争情报分析、竞争情报服务、竞争情报组织等内容。[研究结论]竞争情报活动对企业创新商业模式可构建的竞争优势涵盖了竞争情报搜集活动创造的数字赋能盈利契机,灵活的竞争情报组织模式为双渠道协同运营营造了条件,竞争情报服务活动可促进企业创造多元化价值,竞争情报分析活动协助企业形成自身差异化优势。[Research purpose]In the context of increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,the role of competitive intelligence in the study of the competitive advantage of business models has become increasingly prominent.The multi-case analysis is conducive to exploring the innovation path of enterprise business models,which is important for tapping the competitive advantage of enterprises.[Research method]In this paper,a case observation framework was constructed using the relevant theories of competitive intelligence and the elements of business models,and the competitive intelligence collection,competitive intelligence analysis,competitive intelligence service,and competitive intelligence organization of four major bicycle-sharing enterprises were analyzed.[Research conclusions]The study found that competitive intelligence activities can build competitive advantages for firms through innovative firm's business models,including digital empowerment profit opportunities created by the collection activities of competitive intelligence,flexible competitive intelligence organization model creates conditions for dual-channel operation,competitive intelligence service activities can promote firms to create diversified valuable,and competitive intelligence analysis activities help firms to form their differentiation advantages.
