摘  要:[研究目的]探究学术社交网络科研用户行为及其时序变化规律,有助于掌握科研用户利用学术社交网络开展在线学术交流的程度及偏好特征,为平台制定相应的激励用户方案提供参考依据。[研究方法]以2018年和2020年中国科学院Research Gate(RG)用户数据为研究样本,将科研用户划分为新增用户、活跃用户、留存用户和流失用户4类,并从基础信息、利用行为、社交关系、影响力4个角度揭示不同类型科研用户群体特征的相似与差异。[研究结论]中科院用户2年间在各项指标上呈现出不同程度的上涨趋势。4类科研用户对于学术社交网络各项功能的利用偏好不一,新增用户相比于学术资源共享可能更加偏好于问答交流形式,并且正积极拓展个人的社交网络;活跃用户对于学术资源分享、关注关系方面的积极性更高,在学术社交网络中具有较高影响力;留存用户2年内主动更新信息、分享问答、关注其他用户等方面积极性低;流失用户数量最少,被引情况相对于整体水平偏低,相对其他类型用户在其他指标中反而偏高。平台可结合不同类型的用户及其行为特征来完善用户运营方案。[Research purpose]Exploring the research users'behavior of the academic social network and its time sequence change law is helpful to grasp the degree and preference characteristics of research users who use the academic social network to carry out online academic communication,aiming to provide a reference basis for the platform to formulate corresponding incentive plans for users.[Research method]This paper tracked and obtained the Research Gate(RG)user data of Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)in 2018 and 2020 as research samples,divided users into four categories:new users,active users,retained users and lost users.The similarities and differences of the characteristics of different categories of users were then revealed from the perspectives of basic information,utilization behavior,social relationship and influence.[Research conclusion]Users of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have shown varying degrees of increase in different indicators in the past two years.The four categories of research users have different preferences for the use of various functions of the academic social network:new users may prefer the form of question-and-answer communication to academic resource sharing,and are actively expanding their personal social networks;active users are more positive in sharing academic resources and paying attention to relationships,who have a higher influence in an academic social network;retained users have low enthusiasm in actively updating information,sharing questions and answers,and paying attention to other users in the past two years;the number of lost users is the least,and the cited situation is relatively low to the overall level,but it is on the high side in various indicators on the contrary.The platform can improve the user operation plan by combining different categories of users and their behavior characteristics.
