摘  要:[研究目的]在风险社会和大数据时代中,推进应急信息协同是提高多主体应急管理效能的重要方式。为促进高效的多主体应急信息协同,以应急信息流为线索探究大数据驱动下应急信息协同机制及促进策略。[研究方法]在大数据驱动下,基于安全信息认知通用模型探析应急信息协同的主体、内容、形式和应用,构建以动力机制、运行机制和作用机制为核心的大数据驱动下应急信息协同机制。[研究结论]“大数据驱动+应急信息协同”是实现智慧应急管理的可行方法。健全和完善大数据驱动应急信息协同的动力机制、运行机制和作用机制能加快推进高效应急信息协同,提高应急管理效能。[Research purpose]Promoting emergency information collaboration is an important way to improve the efficiency of multi-agent emergency management in the era of risk society and big data.This paper takes emergency information flow as a clue to explore the mechanism and promotion strategy of emergency information collaboration driven by big data to promote efficient multi-agent emergency information collaboration.[Research method]This paper analyzed the subject,content,form and application of emergency information collaboration based on the general model of safety information cognition in the field of big data.The emergency information collaboration mechanism driven by big data was constructed with dynamic mechanism,operation mechanism,and action mechanism as the core.[Research conclusion]It is a feasible method to realize smart emergency management for“big data driven+emergency information collaboration”.There are some methods to accelerate the efficient of emergency information collaboration and improve the efficiency of emergency management,including perfecting its dynamic mechanism,operation mechanism,and action mechanism.
