摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,通过添加助剂金属Pt,制备得到Pt-SO_(4)^(2-)/ZrO_(2)型固体酸催化剂,并对制备的固体酸进行表征。考察水解pH、陈化时间、浸渍液浓度和焙烧温度等对催化剂性能的影响,并将制备的固体酸用于催化己二酸二甲酯的合成。研究表明,经过Pt改性的固体酸,在催化活性和稳定性方面均有明显提升。此固体酸在催化己二酸二甲酯合成过程中,原料转化率大于99%,产品选择性大于98%。A Pt-SO_(4)^(2-)/ZrO_(2) solid acid catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method and adding metal Pt as a promoter and characterized.The effects of hydrolysis pH,aging time,impregnating solution concentration and calcination temperature on performance of the catalyst were investigated.The as-prepared solid acid was used to catalyze synthesis of dimethyl adipate.The results showed that the solid acid modified by Pt exhibited significantly enhanced catalytic activity and stability,with conversion of over 99%and selectivity of over 98%in synthesis of dimethyl adipate.
