摘 要:以长白山北坡野生蓝靛果忍冬(Lonicera caerulea)连续分布区域为研究对象,采用梯度格局法,从低海拔600 m到高海拔1800 m的区域内海拔每升高200 m设置样地,调查样地内植被的种类、个体数量、高度、盖度等因子,计算重要值、多样性指数等指标,分析群落的物种组成、多样性指标在海拔梯度上的变化规律。结果表明:长白山北坡蓝靛果忍冬灌丛群落共有植物201种,其中:乔木42种、灌木39种、草本120种,蓝靛果忍冬是灌木层的优势种群;群落各项α多样性指标在海拔梯度上有显著差异,3项β多样性指标在海拔梯度上差异显著,乔木、灌木、草本3个层次的物种丰富度指数(R)、Pielou均匀度指数(J)、Simpson指数(D)和Shannon-Wiene指数(H)沿海拔梯度总体呈下降趋势,而Alatalo均匀度指数(E_(a))呈上升趋势,乔、灌、草3个层面间Whittaker指数(β_(w))差异不显著,灌木层的平均值最高;Routledge指数(β_(r))和cody指数(β_(c))在乔木、灌木、草本3个层面间均存在显著差异;t检验结果显示,灌木层Whittaker指数(β_(w))在0.05水平上差异不显著,其他β多样性指标在海拔梯度上均有显著差异。因海拔高度不同,蓝靛果忍冬群落多样性呈现不同特征。长白山地区植被有明显垂直分布特性,受海拔梯度影响环境因素变化很大,随着海拔升高,蓝靛果忍冬群落的覆盖率和多样性有所下降,物种的海拔替代程度较大,替代程度由大到小为草本层、灌木层、乔木层。With the survey data of communities where the wild Lonicera caerulea shrubs on the northern slope of Changbai Mountain were used as samples,the gradient pattern method was used to set a sample plot for every 200 m elevation increase from 600 to 1800 m.We investigated the species,number of individuals,height,coverage and other factors of vegetation in the sample plot,calculated the importance value,diversity index and other indicators,andanalyzed the species composition and diversity of the community along the elevation gradient.There are 201 species of plants in the shrub community of L.caerulea in the northern slope of Changbai Mountain,including 42 species of trees,39 species of shrubs and 120 species of herbs,L.caerulea is the dominant species in shrub layer;Theαdiversity indices and the threeβdiversity indices were significantly different along the altitudinal gradient,the species richness index R,Pielou evenness index J,Simpson index D and Shannon-Wiene index H in three levels of tree,shrub and herb showed a general downward trend along the altitude gradient,the Alatalo evenness index(E_(a))showed an upward trend,and the Whittaker index(β_(w))had no significant difference among the three layers,and the shrub layer had the highest mean value,Routledge index(β_(r))and Cody index(β_(c))showed significant differences among tree,shrub and herb levels;T-test results showed that there were significant differences inβdiversity indices at the altitudinal gradient,except for the Whittaker index(β_(w))of shrub layer at the 0.05 level.The diversity of L.caerulea community was different with different altitudes.Vegetation in Changbai Mountain area has obvious vertical distribution characteristics,and the environmental factors change greatly under the influence of altitude gradient,with the increase of altitude,the coverage rate and diversity of L.caerulea community decrease.The species had a greater degree of elevation replacement,the replacement degree in descending order was herb layer,shrub layer and tree layer
