俞根初运用发汗剂的特点

摘　　要：俞根初所著《通俗伤寒论》提倡以六经钤百病,其认为正治不外六法,而汗法为六法之首。俞根初总结了发汗十二方,包括以苏羌达表汤辛温发汗、以葱豉桔梗汤辛凉发汗、以香苏葱豉汤理气发汗、以葱豉荷米煎和中发汗、以新加三拗汤宣上发汗、以麻附五皮饮温下发汗、以小青龙汤化饮发汗、以越婢加半夏汤蠲痰发汗、以九味仓廪汤益气发汗、以七味葱白汤养血发汗、以加减葳蕤汤滋阴发汗、以参附再造汤助阳发汗。俞根初应用发汗剂以发汗为出路,以利水为去路,扶正中又注重气血阴阳,遣方以实际病证为准,细腻入微,灵活变通。Yu Genchu′s Tongsu Shanghan Lun advocates the use of six meridians to treat all diseases,and he believed that there are no more than six methods for normal treatment,and the sweating method is the first of the six methods.Yu Genchu summed up the twelve recipes for sweating,including using Suqiang Dabiao Decoction,which is hot and warm,to achieve sweating,using Congchi Jiegeng Decoction,which is spicy and cool,to achieve sweating,using Xiangsu Congchi Decoction,which can regulate Qi,to achieve sweating,using Congchi Hemi Decoction,which can harmony the middle Qi,to achieve sweating,using modified Xinjia Sanao Decoction,which can disperse Qi,to achieve sweating,using Mafu Wupi Drink,which can warm the lower part of body,to achieve sweating,using Yuebi adding Banxia Decoction,which can dispel Phlegm,to achieve sweating,using Jiuwei Canglin Decoction,which can tonify Qi,to achieve sweating,using Qiwei Congbai Decoction,which can tonify blood,to achieve sweating,using modified Weirui Decoction,which can nourish Yin,to achieve sweating,and using Shenfu Zaizao Decoction,which can help with Yang,to achieve sweating.Yu Genchu applied sweating formula as the way for Water going out,by focusing on Qi,blood,Yin and Yang in notifying Zheng Qi.He made prescriptions flexibly based on the actual disease syndromes.
