从象思维探析守宫治疗食道肿瘤的作用

摘　　要：象思维作为中医学的一种主要思维方法,在诸多中医经典著作中均有体现。守宫即壁虎,因其常在屋壁,具有守护的寓意而名之。食道肿瘤的病因病机为气滞血瘀、痰湿积聚、热毒聚积。活血化瘀、清热解毒、软坚散结通络为中医治疗食道肿瘤的重要治则。守宫性善走窜,动作敏捷,难以捕捉,属阴性寒,为古代五毒之一,具有活血化瘀,散结通络,清热解毒的功效,在治疗食道肿瘤中被广泛应用。Xiang thinking,being a main thinking method of traditional Chinese medicine,is reflected in many classic works of traditional Chinese medicine.Shougong is also named gecko,and it is named because it is always on the wall of the house like guardianship.The etiology and pathogenesis of esophagus tumors are Qi stagnation and blood stasis,accumulation of Phlegm and Dampness and accumulation of Heat and Toxin.Therefore,activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clearing Heat and detoxifying,softening lump,dispersing stagnation and dredging collaterals are the important principles of TCM treatment of esophagus tumors.Shougong is good at walking,quick in movement,difficult to catch,and it belongs to the Yin cold in character,being one of the ancient five toxins.It has the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dispersing knots and dredging collaterals,clearing Heat and detoxifying,and is widely used in the treatment of esophageal tumors.
