摘　　要：针刺方向为“果”,即影响针刺方向的因素,主要与针具选择、腧穴所在部位、肌肉走行方向、针刺深度、针灸特殊刺法中的透刺法、经脉循行等诸多因素有关;针刺方向为“因”,即针刺方向影响的因素,其主要与得气、循经感传、针刺临床疗效等因素相关。The direction of acupuncture as the"effect"means the factors affecting the direction of acupuncture,which are mainly related to the selection of needles,the location of acupoints,the direction of the muscle,the depth of acupuncture,the penetrating method of special acupunctures,the circulation of meridians and many other factors.The direction of acupuncture as the"cause"means the factors affected by the direction of acupuncture,which is mainly related to the factors of Qi generation,meridian transmission of the acupuncture,the clinical efficacy of acupuncture,and others.
