摘　　要：国医大师贺普仁临证注重腧穴的穴性及功效,选穴、配穴精专考究。针刺养老可疏通太阳经脉、补益气血精津以治疗腰腿痛及目疾;针刺阳池可通利三焦、调畅气机以治疗失眠;深刺环跳可理气通络、舒筋举阳以治疗阳痿、遗精等生殖系统疾病;针刺足临泣可调节带脉、疏肝散结以治疗乳腺疾病及月经不调等妇科病;针刺长强可通督补肾、熄风益脑以治疗特发性震颤;针刺风府可鼓舞阳气、驱邪通络以治疗关节痛等。Traditional Chinese Medicine Master He Puren Linzhi pays attention to the characteristic and function of acupoints in acupuncture,and he selects acupoints with special skill.Acupuncture on Yanglao acupoint can dredge the Tai Yang meridian,replenish Qi and blood,Essence and Jin to treat waist,leg pain and eye diseases;acupuncture of Yangchi acupoint can dredging the Three Burner,adjust the Qi movement to treat insomnia;acupuncture deeply on Huantiao acupoint can regulate Qi and dredge meridians,soothe tendons and help Yang to treat reproductive system diseases such as impotence and sperm;acupuncture of Linqi acupoint on foot can adjust the Belt Meridian,soothe the Liver Qi and loose knots to treat gynecological diseases such as breast diseases and menstrual irregularities;acupuncture of Changqiang acupoint can dredge the Du Meridian and tonify the Kidney,can extinguish the Wind and benefit the brain to treat idiopathic tremors;acupuncture on Fengfu acupoint can encourage Yang Qi,drive Evil factors and dredge collateral to treat joint pain.
