摘 要:我国南方地区地下水资源丰富,补给条件好,但是由于不合理开发利用,地下水超采现象严重,引发一系列生态和环境地质问题。选取地下水开发利用程度高、超采问题突出的广东省湛江市作为研究对象,对地下水超采情况、综合治理手段和成效进行分析,从全面建设节水型社会、实施多水源置换、加强地下水回补、强化地下水动态监测、加强地下水监督管理等五个方面提出进一步治理措施,逐步实现地下水采补平衡,保障地下水合理开发利用。The southern region is rich in groundwater resources and has good recharge conditions. However, due to unreasonable development and utilization, the phenomenon of groundwater over-exploitation is serious, causing a series of ecological and environmental geological problems. This paper selects Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province which has a high degree of groundwater development and utilization and prominent overexploitation problems as the research object, and analyzes the situation of groundwater overexploitation, comprehensive management methods and effects,strengthen the dynamic monitoring of groundwater, strengthen groundwater supervision and management aspects to put forward further control measures, gradually realize the balance of groundwater extraction and replenishment, and ensure the rational development and utilization of groundwater.
