摘 要:为了实现不同主轴转速下的周铣加工减振,提出了一种刚度和质量可调的半主动型电磁动力吸振器,采用电磁机构和机械方法分别实现吸振器的刚度和质量可调,以此调节其固有频率。提出了吸振器的结构,分析了吸振器的工作原理,建立了耦合模型与非耦合模型下吸振器的动力学方程;采用数值方法探究了耦合模型与非耦合模型下,在不同主轴转速时吸振器对机床主轴系统的瞬态时域振动抑制效果和稳态频域的宽频制振能力。研究结果表明:此半主动型电磁动力吸振器,至多可以降低机床主轴系统的瞬态时域响应30%的幅值、50%的到达稳态用时和稳态频域响应主振频率30%的幅值。In order to realize the vibration suppression in the process of peripheral milling,a kind of electromagnetic semi-active dynamic vibration absorber was designed. Its mass and stiffness are adjustable with electromegnetic mechanism and mechanical method,so its natural frequency is adjustable. Firstly,the structure of the dynamic vibration absorber were introduced. Secondly,its principle of work was analyzed. Then,its dynamic differential equations were established with coupled model and uncoupled model. Finally,its vibration suppression effect spacing on spindle system of machine tool in transient time domain and steady frequency domain were investigated with different spindle speeds by numerical method. The study result manifested the semi-active dynamic vibration absorber can best decrease 30% of the amplitude and 50% of the time spent to be a steady state in transient time domain response of the spindle system of machine tool and 50% of the amplitude of the main frequency in steady frequency domain response of the spindle system of machine tool.
