摘  要:为研究搅拌筒工作状态下的磨损规律,以此作为其轻量化开发的依据,采用EDEM软件对搅拌筒进行模拟仿真。通过对不同时间阶段多网格内颗粒的数量统计,进而分析搅拌筒的混合匀质性,模拟结果表明搅拌筒的搅拌质量性能良好。通过对搅拌筒累积接触能量及磨损量的分析,确定了搅拌筒的最大磨损位置位于搅拌筒前锥靠近中筒部位。通过300 h的实际装载实验,对搅拌筒的实际磨损量进行测量,发现分析结果与实际数据具有良好的一致性,工作300 h搅拌筒的最大磨损量为0.04 mm。因此,在进行搅拌筒结构设计时,应当保证前锥段的耐磨性。该研究对搅拌筒的磨损失效以及后续的轻量化优化设计具有一定的指导意义。In order to study the wear law of the mixing drum under the working state,as the basis of its lightweight development,EDEM software is used to simulate the mixing drum.Through the statistics of the number of particles in the multi grid at different time stages,the mixing uniformity of the mixing drum is analyzed.The simulation results show that the mixing quality of the mixing drum is good.Through the analysis of the cumulative contact energy and wear amount of the mixing drum,it is determined that the maximum wear position of the mixing drum is located near the front cone of the mixing drum and the middle drum.Through the actual loading experiment of 300 h and measuring the actual wear of the mixing drum,it is found that the analysis results are in good agreement with the actual data and the maximum wear of the mixing drum is 0.04 mm after 300 h.Therefore,the wear resistance of the front cone should be ensured in the structural design of the mixing drum.This research has a certain guiding significance for the wear failure of the mixing drum and the subsequent lightweight optimization design.
