中药热奄包在肛肠科病人术后预防尿潴留的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析肛肠科病人术后采用中药热奄包对焦虑评分、抑郁评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、排尿相关指标(首次排尿时间、首次排尿量)、尿潴留总发生率的影响。方法:选取新沂市中医医院肛肠科2018年1月至2021年12月接收的60例患者,均接受手术治疗且利用随机数字表法进行分组。对照组30例患者执行传统术后护理干预,观察组30例患者加用中药热奄包,出院前测定两组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数,比较首次排尿时间、首次排尿量、尿潴留总发生率。结果:观察组的排尿相关指标优于对照组,出院时的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数低于对照组,尿潴留总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肛肠科病人术后护理中使用中药热奄包可以降低尿潴留总发生率,缩短其首次排尿时间并增加首次排尿量,改善心理状态及睡眠质量,具有广阔的使用前景。Objective:To analyze the effects of traditional Chinese medicine hot packs on anxiety score,depression score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,urination-related indicators(first urination time,first urination volume),and total incidence of urinary retention in patients with anorectal department after surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients from the Anorectal Department of Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from January 2018 to December 2021.All patients received surgical treatment and were grouped using a random number table method.Thirty patients in the control group performed traditional postoperative nursing interventions,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot packs.The anxiety score,depression score,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the two groups were measured before discharge;the first urination time,first urination volume and the total incidence of urinary retention were compared.Results:The urination-related indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the anxiety score,depression score,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index at discharge were lower than those of the control group,and the total incidence of urinary retention was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine hot packs in postoperative nursing care of patients in anorectal department can reduce the total incidence of urinary retention,shorten the time of first urination,increase the first urination,and improve the psychological state and quality of sleep.It has broad prospects for use.
